This page (along with any referenced documents) outlines the terms of use ("Terms") for accessing and using this website (the "Site"). As a visitor or user of the Site ("you/your"), please review these Terms carefully before beginning to use it. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you accept and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.



We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by updating this page (and any referenced documents). You are encouraged to check this page periodically for any updates, as these changes become effective upon posting and are binding on you. Certain terms within these Terms may also be replaced by additional provisions or notices posted elsewhere on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions & Interpretation

“Services” means the Site and any visitor-facing areas of the Xpofairs technology, including interactive features (e.g., chat/DMs, Q&A, polls, surveys, comments), directories, and event pages that link to these Terms. “User Content” means any content you submit or upload. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. “Including” means “including without limitation.” “Force Majeure Event” includes events beyond our reasonable control (for example government action, sanctions, terrorism/war, riot, epidemic/pandemic, fire, flood, natural disaster, power/network failure). “Beta Features” means experimental or pre-release functionality.

Using the Site

Access to the Site is granted on a temporary basis, and we retain the right to remove or modify any service provided on the Site without prior notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, the Site is unavailable at any time or for any duration.


You are responsible for making any arrangements needed for you to access the Site. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection is aware of these Terms and abides by them. You agree not to damage, interfere with, or disrupt access to the Site or take any actions that may interrupt or affect its functionality.


Content on the Site may be outdated at any time, and we are not obligated to update it. We aim to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate when posted, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy or timeliness and may change the content at any time without notice. You should not rely solely on the information on the Site and acknowledge that you should take appropriate steps to verify any such information before acting on it. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not advice; you use it at your own risk.

Accounts & Eligibility

Access to certain Services may require an account. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and for maintaining their confidentiality. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, risk, inactivity, or to protect the Services.

Changes to Services (Events)


The Company may change features, rules, technical specifications, or event parameters (including format, operating hours, and duration) for security, legal, operational or user-experience reasons. If a Force Majeure Event prevents operation, we may reschedule or adapt features without liability beyond what applicable law requires.


Beta, Tests & Metrics


We may enable Beta Features, staged rollouts, A/B or multivariate tests, throttling or feature gating at our discretion. Beta Features are provided “as is,” may be withdrawn at any time, and may contain errors; your use is at your own risk.

Monitoring

We retain the right to observe and record your activity on the Site. Monitoring may include automated and manual review for security, fraud prevention, trust & safety, quality control, and compliance with these Terms. We may throttle features, restrict access, or disable accounts to protect the Services and other users. We may cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or prevent harm.

Communication with Other Users

The Site may offer features allowing you to interact with other users. If you engage in communication with any other user, you must ensure that:
To the best of your knowledge, any information you share is true and accurate. Your communication is respectful and free from inappropriate, abusive, or offensive content. If requested by another user, you will promptly cease communication with them.

Community & Prohibited Uses

You must not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity; upload malware; impersonate; scrape; send spam or pyramid schemes; or otherwise misuse the Services. You must not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent security or access controls. We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion and without notice.

User Content

Any information or materials you provide to us and any content submitted through the Site ("User Content")—which may include materials for an online directory of products and/or services (such as listings of exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees for events or otherwise) ("Directory")—will be considered non-confidential and non-exclusive. We reserve the right to use any User Content on the Site, across other websites we operate, and in our offline publications as deemed appropriate.


By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license with sub-licensing rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, and publish this content on the Site, any of our other websites, and in offline publications for any business-related purposes, commercial or otherwise. This license includes the right to host, store, cache, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and use screenshots or recordings of pages or stands (excluding visitor video recordings) for operational, press, training, and marketing purposes across all media now known or later developed.


In submitting User Content, you confirm that the material is your original work, and you have full rights to share it with us for the purposes outlined above. You also agree to waive any moral rights associated with this content.


Under no circumstances should you submit any User Content that:
a. Is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, illegal, abusive, vulgar, obscene, inflammatory, of a discriminatory nature, in breach of confidence or privacy or which is otherwise unlawful, offensive or which might reasonably cause offence to any person or damage our reputation.
b. Uses any abusive or aggressive language, swear, threaten, harass or abuse any other person, including other users of the Site.
c. You do not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and approvals.
 Is technically harmful including, without limitation, containing computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data, malicious software or harmful data.
d. Misrepresents the user or impersonates another person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.


We do not endorse or accept any responsibility for any User Content submitted to us either on this site or that features within any Directory or any website linked or referenced within any Directory. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim or expense suffered or incurred by you and/or any of your personnel arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, products and/or services available on or through the Site, any Directory or any other website. User Content is submitted on the basis that we may (but shall be under no obligation to) review and edit such User Content prior to publication. We reserve the right to remove any User Content or part thereof published on the Site at any time and for any reason at our absolute discretion without notification to any third party.


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our directors, officers, employees and other representatives from and against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses and costs arising out of your submission of User Content that breaches these Terms.
Where you purchase any Directory or additional services from us, the terms of any booking contract we agree with you shall apply to the purchase of that service.

Intellectual Property Complaints

We may, in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe third-party rights and may suspend or terminate access by repeat infringers. Where we receive an enforceable order (e.g., injunction) or credible notice with supporting evidence, action may be taken without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The Site is operated by Acquamelon Ltd (referred to as “The Company”, “we/our/us”). Xpofairs is the technology platform used to provide certain features and services on the Site and related experiences.


We are the owner or the licensee of all copyright, trademarks, design rights, database rights, confidential or any other intellectual property rights (together, the “Intellectual Property”) in and on the Site. The Intellectual Property in and on the Site is protected by various laws and treaties around the World. All rights are reserved to us.


You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code of any part of the Services (including the Xpofairs technology), except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law. Systematic retrieval of Site data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Flash Cookies and How to Manage Them

We may provide videos and other content through our website using Adobe Flash Player, which uses Flash Cookies (also known as Local Shared Objects) to provide useful features such as auto-resume and the ability to save your preferences. Flash Cookies are placed on your computer or other device in much the same way as other Cookies. However, it is not possible to manage them in the same way through your internet browser settings.

License

You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Site for your own use on the following basis:
a. No documents or related graphics on the Site are modified in any way.


b. No graphics on the Site are used separately from the corresponding text; and


c. Our copyright and trademark notices and the permission given in these Terms must appear in all copies.


The use of any extract from the Site otherwise than in accordance with the above licence provisions (for any purpose) is prohibited. If you breach any of the above licence provisions, your permission to use the Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any printed or downloaded extracts or copies from the Site.


The Site may not be reproduced or stored, as a whole or in part, in any other website, or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service, without our prior written permission. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. You agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative works from any of the material contained in the Site, or use such material for any purpose other than for personal, non-commercial use.

App Stores & Third-Party Beneficiaries

If you access mobile features via an app store platform, you acknowledge the store is not responsible for the Services, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary solely to enforce applicable store terms.

Improper Use of the Site

You must not alter, add to, delete, remove or tamper with the Site or any part of it or indirectly disrupt or interfere (or attempt to disrupt or interfere) with or alter the Site. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

You must not access the Site for unlawful use, including, without limitation, use which would constitute a criminal offence. You hereby agree to on demand indemnify and keep us indemnified for any costs, claims, liabilities, fines, expenses, demands, proceedings and losses whatsoever made against or incurred by us as a direct or indirect result of your breach of this paragraph.

We will not be liable for any loss, disruption or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it or on any website linked to it. We recommend that you take measures to protect the security of your computer, including, without limitation, installing anti-virus software on your computer.

Anti-Scraping & Rate Limits

Without prejudice to the foregoing, you must not use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers or similar technologies to access or copy the Site or Services (including the Xpofairs technology), nor may you circumvent access controls or feature limits. We may implement and enforce technical measures (including IP blocking and throttling).

Links to the Site

Where we authorise you to link to the Site, you may include a link to the Site provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to the Site in any website that is not owned by you or for which you act as an authorised representative. We may withdraw our authorisation for you to link to the Site at any time without notice.

Framing & Deep Linking

You must not frame or mirror any part of the Site, and you must not deep link to pages other than the home page without our prior written consent. On request, you must promptly remove any link.

Disclaimer

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on the Site is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on the Site. We may make changes to the material on the Site at any time and without notice. The material on the Site may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

No Reliance

All content is provided “as is” and for general information; no warranties (express or implied) are given as to suitability, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

Implied Terms

The express provisions of these Terms are in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

The material on the Site is provided “as is”. We and any third party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Site and including, without limitation, any and all entities within The Company group) hereby exclude any and all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including, without limitation, any: (I) direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damage, (ii) loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts or use of money, or (iii) loss or damage arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether any of the foregoing are in tort, contract or otherwise) in connection with the Site, including the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Site. We are not responsible for the content of external websites. The Site may include links to external websites from time to time and when you access these links you may leave the Site. These links are provided for your convenience. External websites are not part of the Site and we do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content of external websites (nor the products or services on them), are not responsible for the availability of external websites and will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using external websites, including, without limitation, viruses that may infect computer equipment, software, data or other property. If you decide to access linked external websites, you do so at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed £100.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect or consequential loss; or (c) errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Investors

The information contained on the Site (including, without limitation, any financial information concerning us is not an invitation to invest in shares, other securities or any other products or services or otherwise deal in these or enter into a contract with us or any other entity. The information provided should not be relied upon in connection with any investment decision. If you need advice, please consult with a professional financial adviser.

Lead Sharing & Directory Interactions (Visitors)

Where you choose to share your contact details with an exhibitor (e.g., by clicking “share details”, submitting a stand form, or equivalent), we will provide those details to that exhibitor. Each exhibitor acts as an independent controller under its own privacy notice and may contact you in accordance with that notice. You can withdraw consent for future sharing via the tools provided, but this will not affect sharing already completed at your request.

Platform Integrity; Changes & Force Majeure (Visitors)

We may make reasonable changes to the format, content, operating hours, or duration of any event or visitor feature. If a Force Majeure Event makes operation impossible or impractical, we may reset dates, modify features, or suspend Services. No damages are payable for reduced availability; any remedies will be limited to what is required by law.

Sanctions & Export Control

You represent that you are not a sanctioned person and that your use of the Services does not violate applicable export control or sanctions laws. You must not use the Services in, from, or for the benefit of a restricted country or party. We may suspend or terminate access to comply with law.

Security; E-Sign & Communications; Virtual Assistants

We may send transactional notices electronically and may request you to accept policies or perform actions via electronic means; you consent to e-signatures and electronic records. You agree that we may contact you about your account or the Services (including security alerts) using the contact details you provide. Certain areas may use chat or virtual assistants (automated tools). Content from virtual assistants is provided for convenience only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and does not constitute advice; you should verify important information independently. We are not liable for reliance on virtual-assistant responses.

 

Feedback

If you choose to provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant The Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use and exploit such feedback for any purpose without restriction or attribution.

Third-Party Sites, Tools & Content

Links or integrations with third-party websites, tools, SDKs or services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third-party’s terms. We may derive de-identified analytics, benchmarks, and insights based on activity within the Services for business and product improvement purposes.

Termination; Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms, present a security or legal risk, or as otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Services or comply with law. Without limiting other remedies, we may remove content, throttle, restrict features, and block accounts or devices. Upon termination, provisions which by their nature should survive (including User Content licence, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and general terms) shall survive.

Indemnity (Visitors)

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Company and its directors, officers, employees and representatives from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your misuse of the Site or Services; or (d) your violation of law or third-party rights.

Notices

We may provide notices by posting on the Site, within the Services, or by email to the address associated with your account (if any). You are responsible for keeping contact details current.

Assignment: No Class Actions (where permitted)

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a claimant or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

 

Typographical Errors; Viruses

The Site may contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies; we assume no liability for such errors and have no obligation to correct them. All responsibility for damages caused by malware, viruses, disabling code, or harmful components contained in files or on the Site is disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief, without posting bond, in addition to any other remedies available at law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction; Limitation Period

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be commenced within six (6) months from the date the cause of action accrues, or such claim is permanently barred.

Third-Party Rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Severance; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, it shall be applied with the minimum modification necessary to be valid. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms (together with any documents referenced in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and The Company regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings.
